Springtime Melody - Easter Fashion 2018
Hey there Curvy Girls,
Happy Resurrection Sunday and welcome to Spring!
Here in New York, we have been experiencing very strange and extreme weather patterns that have sadly limited my wardrobe and fashion choices to hoodies and sweaters. But like every winter, it must end and spring MUST come to bring new life, sunshine, flowers, and of course more fun fashion for me!
To kick off my springtime wardrobe, I wanted something that was both on trend and representative of all the things I love about springtime fashion, like pastels, embroidery and patterns, and of course flowly fabrics.
This outfit executed my vision perfectly and was both perfect for Easter and Spring because it was representative of new life! Choosing this elegant and posh embroidered nude/ blush colored midi dress from ASOS, I was ready for an Easter Sunday slay.
Celebrating the resurrection of Christ has always been a special and important day for me and my faith, and I have always found fashion that has expressed that. To style this dress, I decided to keep my accessories to a minimum, to keep the dress as the main focus. My earrings, from Lane Bryant and my trusty burgundy heels from Nine West, were perfect compliments and accessories for the dress and highlighted all the beautiful colors in it.
